Job summary

Chapter 2, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Welder for the 1st shift (6am-2pm, Monday-Friday) at our Wisconsin facility. You will operate, monitor, and maintain automated welding systems to produce high-quality welded components in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up components, and performing secondary grinding and sanding as needed. Must pass safety requirements and have a good attendance record.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Operate large-scale CNC robotic welding machines.
• Set up components for welding according to specifications.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements.
