Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators in Mounds View, MN is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder on 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5am–3:30pm). You will operate robotic welders and plasma cutters, perform hand welding, read blueprints, and inspect finished parts with precision to meet quality standards.

This role requires vocational welding training, robotic welding experience, and strong attention to detail. Safety, accuracy, and efficient documentation are essential for success in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Vocational welding training and hands-on experience.
• Experience welding round stock and robotic welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Good math skills including fractions and decimals.

Responsabilités

• Operate robotic welders and plasma cutter; program welders.
• Hand weld using MIG, TIG, and brazing.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and document results.
• Follow quality procedures and process job packets.
• Maintain safety, ethics, and professionalism.
