California Faucets, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Returns Processor for our on-site Huntington Beach warehouse. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., handling incoming returns and preparing products for resale.

You will open, inspect, clean, and water test items, disassemble for components, and ensure accurate inventory of returned goods. A focus on safety, organization, and timely communication with customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; six months related experience.
• Ability to inspect for defects and ensure quality.
• Ability to lift 1–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass safety training and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

California Faucets is looking to bring on a talented 1st Shift Returns Processor. This role is based on site in our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, full-time from 5:15 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

The Returns Processor is responsible for processing all the incoming returned products. In this role, the Returns Processor will:

• Open, inspect, clean, water test, and re-box returned products for resale.
• Disassemble returned products to recover sub-assembly component pieces for further use.
• Transfer finished products and components into inventory.
• Maintain return inventory accuracy.
• Email customer service on any returns, warranty or refused shipment inquiries new and aging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

People Interface:

The position requires contact primarily within the department on routine matters. Contact outside the Shipping Department is minimal.

Decision Making:

The position requires working from detailed instructions as well as the use of judgment to plan and perform general decisions to solve a problem or select a course of action for a standard or recognized method of operation.

Supervision Received:

Under general supervision, assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Follows established procedures for routine work; receives specific instruction on non-routine problems.

Accountabilities:

After adequate training, the position requires a level of accountability to complete a pre-determined amount of work or units completed per shift.

Education and Experience:

The minimum educational requirement to successfully perform this position is a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Someone entering this position should have at least six (6) months experience performing similar work in a related field.
