Job summary

California Faucets, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Returns Processor for our on-site Huntington Beach warehouse. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., handling incoming returns and preparing products for resale.

You will open, inspect, clean, and water test items, disassemble for components, and ensure accurate inventory of returned goods. A focus on safety, organization, and timely communication with customer service is essential.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; six months related experience.
Ability to inspect for defects and ensure quality.
Ability to lift 1–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Must pass safety training and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Open, inspect, clean, water test, and re-box returned products for resale.
Disassemble returned products to recover sub-assembly component pieces for further use.
Transfer finished products and components into inventory.
Maintain return inventory accuracy.
Email customer service on returns, warranty or refused shipment inquiries (new and aging).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
