California Faucets is seeking a 2nd Shift Picker to support our Huntington Beach, CA facility on-site. Hours are Monday–Friday, full-time from 2:15 p.m.
to 11:00 p.m., with rotational assignments across the Picking and Materials teams to backfill customer orders. The role involves following instructions on Pick Tickets, locating parts, notifying leadership of variances, safely transporting orders with carts, counting accurately, and scanning tickets into the ERP system.
California Faucets is looking to bring on a talented 2nd Shift Picker. This role is based on-site in our Huntington Beach, CA facility. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, full-time from 2:15 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The position will be rotational, helping to support the combined efforts of multiple positions within our Materials and Picking teams.
The Picking Team Member is a critical role within the company and has a direct impact on the quality and quantity of products that California Faucets provides to its customers. The primary purpose of this position is to support filling customer orders by picking material from inventory locations to support component finishing and product assembly. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
The position requires contact primarily within the department on routine matters. Contact outside the Production Department is minimal.
The position requires working from detailed instructions as well as the use of judgment to plan and perform general decisions to solve a problem or select a course of action for a standard or recognized method of operation.
Under general supervision, assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Follows established procedures for routine work; receives specific instruction on non-routine problems.
After adequate training, the position requires a level of accountability to complete a pre-determined amount of work or units completed per shift.
The minimum educational requirement to successfully perform this position is a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Someone entering this position should have at least six (6) months experience performing similar work in a related field.

The employee may be required to lift/carry 1-50 pounds when necessary. The employee must be able to visually identify small finish imperfections.
