DENSO in North America seeks a Quality Control Lab Technician for Plant 201 - Dept 678, 1st shift, in Maryville, Tennessee. The role focuses on inspection of electronic parts, GD&T readings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The candidate will perform routine visual inspections, operate measuring devices, and prepare daily quality reports while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates must have a 2-year technical degree or QC-related experience and strong CMM/OGP exposure.

Qualifications

2 year technical degree or QC related equivalent experience required.
Strong CMM and OGP experience required.
Resume required to be considered for interview.

Responsibilities

Cross cuts of electronic parts and related processes including polishing and microscope usage.
Inspect sub materials and ensure quality per blueprints and GD&T.
Perform visual inspection and use measuring devices to assess product quality.
Complete daily quality reports and maintain clean, safe work area.
Collaborate with team to identify and resolve quality issues.
May lift, reach or pull up to 33 pounds; overtime may be required.
Proficient with Excel and general computer skills.
