Job summary

Reliance Vitamin, based in Edison, NJ, seeks a QA Inspector to help ensure dietary supplement manufacturing meets quality standards and regulatory guidelines. You will work with QA/QC, Operations, and management to uphold cGMP and GDP compliance across production, labeling, and packaging.

The role emphasizes validating components, records, and labels, performing in-process testing, and maintaining strict quality control throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with operators and management.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete quality records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for calculations.

Responsibilities

• Verify components staged for processing and authorize start-up.
• Perform cleaning verification and allergen swabbing.
• Verify batch records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor operations and collect data for conformance.
• Perform in-process testing and record results.
• Inspect rooms, materials, equipment for conformance.
• Verify identity against batch specs and perform visual checks.
• Review, approve and issue labels per procedures.
• Escalate quality concerns to QA Manager.
