Job summary

Natural Factors in Washington state is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector for the night shift. You will inspect products, labels, and packaging to ensure quality standards, create Certificates of Manufacture, and perform daily GMP inspections and reports.

You'll monitor daily output, assist the QA Supervisor and Manager with non-conformance investigations, and track environmental conditions. Training runs Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, then Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am with shift differential and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal
• Physically able to perform duties including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/natural health/food product manufacturing (asset)
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (asset)
• Experience with Syspro, WMS, and QMS software (asset)

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am (note: applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm for the duration of the training period)

What You’ll Do

• Inspect our products, labels, and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards
• Create Certificates of Manufacture
• Complete daily GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) inspections and reports
• Track daily output and SOPs
• Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Manager with the investigation of Non-Conformance Reports and Complaints
• Monitor environmental temperature and humidity
• After the training period, you will work a set shift of Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am
• During your training period, the daily schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

What Helps You Succeed

• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry
• Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
• Physically able to perform job duties including some heavy lifting, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
