International Vitamin Corporation is seeking a QA Technician to ensure finished bulk dosages meet quality standards and regulatory requirements under the supervision of the QA Supervisor or Lead. The role includes testing, sampling, ERP use, calibration checks, and reporting issues.

The position features a Monday-Thursday shift (7:00am-5:00pm) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and duties spanning documentation, batch records, and health and safety compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 year direct experience in a manufacturing or quality role.
• Adherence to the SOPs and cGMPs in effect.
• Excellent math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with employees at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical tests on bulk, finished bulk, finished product, or components as necessary.
• Perform AQL Sample Inspection for Defects on finished bulk and outside bulk; define sampling criteria per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 2003.
• Place product on QA Hold and release as needed.
• Use ERP and Warehouse system for all QA functions.
• Perform daily and monthly lab equipment calibration verification activities.
• Ensure lab equipment is in proper operation and report issues.
• Maintain adequate stock of supplies and report low levels.
• Report questionable quality or safety issues to supervision.
• Change product status electronically.
• Review and approve PE and PAW forms when requested.
• Mentor and train team members; serve as proxy for QA Lead when needed.
