Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring for a Production and General Labor in Niles, IL. You will support day-to-day manufacturing, packaging, material handling, and machine operations on the production and warehouse team.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and traceability with GMP and food safety expectations. 1st shift runs Fri-Mon, with hours starting early morning and requiring physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with safety in mind.
• Comfort following GMP and food safety instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or related roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line, packing, repackaging, recasing, and product rework to support production needs.
• Verify product codes, lot numbers, dates, and labels for accuracy.
• Build, stack, and hand-palletize finished products per standards.
• Receive, label, stage, and store raw materials and finished goods with inventory accuracy.
• Operate production equipment and assist with sanitation and cleaning.
