ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Worker in Alsip, IL to join the production team. This role supports operations by operating machinery, handling materials, and performing quality inspections in a safety-focused environment.

You will follow Standard Work and supervisor instructions, work a 6am-3:30pm schedule Mon-Fri with some Saturdays, and contribute to continuous improvement in daily operations. Medical, dental, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) benefits are available after waiting

Qualifications

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE consistently.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment and complete tasks according to Standard Work and supervisor direction.
• Comfort with physical work that may include loading and unloading materials.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.

Responsabilités

• Operate assigned machinery and load/unload materials safely.
• Operate equipment for producing units and/or material handling as assigned.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, ensure guards and safety features work.
• Load and unload raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection and maintain housekeeping in the area.
