Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. in Niles, IL seeks Production and Packing associates for temp-to-hire roles with multiple schedules: 4 days on and 3 off; Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm or 4pm-2:30am; and a weekend shift Fri-Sun 5am-6:30pm. Lifting up to 50 lbs and GMP hygiene are required.

Responsibilities include maintaining packaging material supplies, assisting with equipment startup, pre-wiping pails, labeling, and palletizing, with steel-toe shoes required on site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and perform repetitious tasks.
• Work under temperature range -30 to 76 degrees.
• Maintain GMP-compliant hygiene and cleanliness.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply of packaging materials to ensure efficient operation.
• Assist with equipment startup and ensure product lines are in spec.
• Pre-whip pails: supply and label pails, de-nest, place under fillers, seal, and palletize.
• Wear steel-toe shoes as required.
