Food Manufacturing & Distribution in Niles, IL is seeking a Production and General Labor to join our team. You will support day-to-day manufacturing, packaging, material handling, and machine operations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across production and warehouse operations. Overtime is available to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Must work in a fast-paced production environment with safety focus.
• Ability to follow GMP and food safety instructions.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems helpful (RF scanners, SAP, or WMS).

Responsabilités

• Perform assembly line, packing, repackaging, recasing, and product rework to support production needs.
• Verify product codes, lot numbers, dates, and labels for accuracy to maintain quality and traceability.
• Build, stack, and hand-palletize finished products according to company standards.
• Receive, label, stage, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate production equipment and assist with cleaning and sanitation.
