Pentair plc is seeking a Production Technician for the Moorpark, CA site. You will join a team dedicated to manufacturing and assembling Pentair Pool Products, using Lean methodologies to optimize line operations.

The role requires physical activity on the line, the ability to rotate between tasks, and precise documentation of parts. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production/assembly.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to create a team environment.
• Able to use hand tools, air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and twist.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
• Steel-toed footwear required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products.
• Perform line assembly operations to produce and assemble items.
• Rotate on the line and handle parts with proper documentation.
• Pack small components and support packaging operations.
• Perform various production tasks as needed in the department.
