Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in Bastrop, Texas. The role involves overseeing production planning, ensuring adherence to schedules, and motivating a team. Qualifications

• Graduation from High School, including or supplemented by vocational training.
• Minimum three (3) years employment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision - self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and ensures proper production planning and scheduling are carried out during the assigned shift.
• Monitors and addresses activities to prevent deviations from production schedules.
• Balance the level of labor cost and machine requirements during assigned shift.
• Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates to optimize their performance and personal growth.
