Job summary

Hospital Central Services Cooperative, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor to oversee production departments, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage staff during the shift.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.

• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer

The 1stshift Production Supervisor position in our Baltimore, MD supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Baltimore, MD facility. What you will be doing:

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the First Shift Manager and will be based out of Baltimore, MD.

This position will work mainly 1st shift, with the core hours of 6:00 am - 3pm but will be flexible to changing hours based on production times and needs.
