HCS 2nd shift Production Supervisor position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Kingston, PA facility. The anticipated annual salary starts at $53,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be based out of Kingston, PA.

This position will work mainly 2nd shift, with core hours of 3:00 pm - 12:00 Midnight.
