Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Production Specialist for 1st shift in Cartersville, GA. The role involves overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality, with a start-time of 7:00am and a pay rate of $34.00/hour.

You will analyze production data, coordinate with QC teams, and maintain production documentation while supporting inventory and safety protocols. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Computer literate in spreadsheets and work applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on, accountable team player with the willingness to learn and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and report findings.
• Coordinate with quality control for inspections and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain production reports and documentation for management.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools, including staging and stock counts.
• Provide technical support to reduce downtime and troubleshoot equipment.
