MITER Brands is seeking a Shift Production Manager for the Flower Mound, TX facility. The role supports a day shift Monday–Friday starting around 6:00am, with flexibility to meet business needs.
You will oversee production schedules, cost control, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across multi-line operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in a leadership role, with strong communication and regulatory interpretation skills.

Pay Range: $98,000 - $123,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028
Shift/Work Schedule: This position will primarily work a day shift schedule Monday – Friday, starting at approximately 6:00am, but flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business and our customers.
