Job summary

Emerson is seeking a results-oriented production supervisor for our Sherman, Texas facility. The role is a first shift (Mon-Thu, 4AM–2PM) leading production teams, championing safety, quality, and operational excellence, and coaching staff to maximize performance.

You will drive customer commitments through effective execution and continuous improvement. You will coach and mentor team members, build bench strength for the future, and create an environment where individuals and teams are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of functional and/or operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by providing direction, feedback, training, and scheduling.
• Establish and continuously improve standardized work procedures and operating instructions.
• Investigate service requests to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Own the execution of operational results by ensuring on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Foster engagement, accountability, and open communication across the team.
• Mentor and develop talent to strengthen long-term operation success.
