Emerson is seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor for the 2nd shift at the Sherman, TX location. You will supervise a team of up to 25 employees and contractors, ensuring safe, quality-driven operations and on-time deliveries.

You will develop procedures, drive continuous improvement, and act as a liaison among workers and staff, promoting effective communication and performance against targets. This role requires strong leadership and manufacturing experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of five years of functional/operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Strong communication skills to inform all levels of the organization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule work for up to 25 employees and contractors.
• Develop and detail work procedures and instructions.
• Investigate service requests and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive on-time delivery of customer orders and ensure inventory accuracy to meet goals.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce cost and lead times in the value stream.
• Facilitate regular toolbox talks and communicate performance against targets.
• Coordinate with staff and team to optimize cell performance.
• Participate in cell activities to optimize overall performance.
