Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Shop Production Associate at our Marion, Ohio facility. You will assist with operation of production equipment, follow work instructions, perform basic measurements, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

This entry-level role offers $18.00-$20.00 per hour, possible overtime, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. A strong eye for detail, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued as you contribute to team goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools and equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work overtime when needed.
• Experience with machine shop equipment is a plus.
