Masterson Staffing's Eden Prairie client is seeking dependable Production Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling and packaging products while upholding safety, productivity, and quality standards.

Candidates should be able to stand for long shifts, read diagrams, and work collaboratively to meet daily goals. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with an hourly pay of $18–$20 (DOE).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good verbal communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Must be able to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately.
• Follow lean manufacturing and 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Read and follow written instructions, workflow diagrams, and quality requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate safely, using proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices.
• Participate in cross-training and assist in other production cells as needed.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative while following company policies.
