StaffEx in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Assembler for a full-time, in-person role. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with hours 8am-5pm.

The position involves assembling parts, prepping materials, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing or assembly experience, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assembling fabricated parts, components, and units according to product specifications and work instructions.
• Preparing and staging materials needed for production.
• Performing basic screening, bagging, boxing, cutting, and packaging operations.
• Inspecting and testing products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identifying defective parts and reporting quality issues to the supervisor.
• Following production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Performing routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of production equipment as assigned.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Working with team members to meet daily production goals and improve efficiency.
