Job summary

The Job Shop in Perrysburg, OH is seeking manufacturing assemblers to join our production teams. Positions are paid weekly and on the 1st shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2nd shift 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, or 3rd shift 10:00 pm–6:30 am.

The role involves assembling products on a production line using hand and electric tools, and following SOPs and BOMs. Candidates should have assembly/manufacturing experience, good manual dexterity, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products along a production line using manual methods and small/large hand and electric tools.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow customer order specifications and requirements accurately.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production pace and meet established targets/deadlines.
• Move completed products to the next stage of the manufacturing process.
• Report equipment shutdowns or repair needs.
• Properly store and maintain production tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all required safety procedures.
