Job summary

Time Staffing, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join our Production team on the 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm in Ohio.

You will operate machinery to assemble small kits according to specifications, perform quality checks, and make minor adjustments to ensure product quality. Candidates should be detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform basic math and counting.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to build small kits based on order specifications.
• Check and verify kits for quantity, quality, and proper packaging.
• Perform quality inspections, including first-piece validation and random checks.
• Make minor equipment adjustments for optimal operation.
• Document activities accurately and notify supervisors of issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
