Qualifications

• Proficient in reading calipers, protractors and tape measures.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Must live within 50 miles of Arden, NC facility (no relocation).

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Receive work assignments from Supervisor.
• Set up operation on PLC, Analog, or Manual controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts.
• Interpret work orders, Kanban cards and drawings.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials for continuous operation.
• Inspect final component against specifications.
• Perform operator maintenance on machining equipment.
• Report abnormal situations and submit maintenance orders.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ daily.
• Complete other tasks from management.
