Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our manufacturing team as we provide component solutions to buildings worldwide. This 1st level machine operator role requires technical ability and may involve operating a variety of machines, tools, and measuring devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Experience with different saws, drills, and measuring tools desired.
• Ability to read drawings and understand measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and use tools to fabricate parts.
• Feed, prep, inspect, deburr, tape, band, and package parts.
• Assist with machine set‑ups and clean‑ups.
• Maintain production schedule and meet run rates.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
