Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position supports production by preparing, operating, and inspecting materials and finished products, using hand and power tools and following precise specifications.

You will work under a department lead, learn multiple machines, and contribute to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills or ability to learn systems.
  • Ability to read and understand measurements, drawings, and production specifications.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Feed and prepare materials, inspect parts, package finished goods.
  • Support machine setup and cleanup.
  • Operate using measuring devices to ensure quality.
  • Follow production specifications to meet quality and productivity goals.
  • Work with department lead to meet production targets.

About the Role:

Machine Operators are critical to our success and play an important role in our manufacturing operations. This entry-level position requires technical ability and the willingness to learn a variety of machines, tools, and processes. Machine Operator I team members support production by preparing, operating, and inspecting materials and finished products.

On a daily basis, this role may involve feeding and preparing materials, inspecting parts, packaging finished goods, and supporting machine setup and cleanup. Operators use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and follow production specifications to meet quality and productivity goals.

This position reports to a department lead and works closely with team members to meet production targets. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, this role could be a great fit for you!

Job Requirements:
