TE Connectivity plc in Mount Joy, PA, is seeking an Assembly Operator II for 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30am–4pm). You will read drawings and instructions, perform assembly and related processes, and document data accurately to support quality and productivity goals.

Job Overview

This position will be working 1st shift, Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4pm.

As Assembly Operator II, you will:

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions


• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.


• Gather and record data accurately


• Detect and correct errors utilizing established company communication and quality methodology


• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity


• Cross-train in other departments as needed


• Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed

What Your Background Should Look Like

• 1-2 years of related work experience is preferable


• Detail-oriented individual with multi-tasking abilities


• Ability to work under general supervision


• Can communicate clearly both written and verbally in English


• Soldering certification preferable


• This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19 - $22 /HR (subject to change dependent on physical location)


• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
