Redline Plastics in Lee Summit, MO is seeking a 1st shift Powder Utility to keep our production running smoothly by delivering the right powdered resin to the right place on time.

You will weigh resin, load machines, and help prevent cross-contamination in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and staying active, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill and weigh buckets of powdered resin based on part numbers and ensure they’re properly stocked for our Machine Operators.
• Identify the correct powdered resin listed in the BOM and inspect for any cross-contamination.
• Keep rotational molding machines continuously stocked with the right amount of resin, so production never misses a beat.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to avoid contamination and ensure everything runs efficiently.

Physical Demands:

• You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
• Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
• Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
