Redline Plastics in Manitowoc, WI is hiring for Rotational Molding Crew Members (Ninjas) starting at $17.50 per hour. You will operate rotational molding machines and work with a team to produce high-quality plastic parts in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do as a Rotational Molding Crew Member a.k.a. Ninja (starting at $17.50/hr):

You’ll operate our rotational molding machines under the guidance of our awesome leadership team to create high-quality plastic parts that meet our standards. Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Running and maintaining molding machines to include material filling, deburring, molding, and all bench operations
• Checking parts for quality and making sure they meet our high standards
• Performing regular machine maintenance (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

Physical Demands:

• You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
• Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
• Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
