• Ensure all parts are properly painted and work instructions are followed precisely
• Load and unload the powder coating line with raw and finished products
• Ensure components are produced/coated efficiently and meet quality and on-time goals
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility
• Maintain safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
