Royal Basket Trucks in Wisconsin is seeking a Powder Coater Operator to support our powder coating line on 1st shift. Under supervision, you will load and unload parts, ensure proper painting, and follow work instructions.

You should read, write and speak English; be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with teammates in a fast-paced production setting. The role emphasizes quality, efficiency and adherence to safety guidelines.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the direction of the Powder Coat Supervisor, this individual will ensure that all components are loaded and unloaded efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Ensure all parts are properly painted and work instructions are followed precisely
• Load and unload the powder coating line with raw and finished products
• Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Manufacturing experience helpful
• Requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Effective verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
• Highly dependable, exhibits initiative, maximizes use of time, accountable to their teammates and Line Lead in a fast-paced production environment
• Use good judgement and independent thinking to produce high quality, efficiently and safely

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, hands, fingers, legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling of materials, and operating machinery
• Carrying & lifting 10 - 75 Pounds frequently
• Ability to endure hours exposed to heat
• Ability to move and transfer products with an overhead crane
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
• Must be able to pass a general respirator medical evaluation

1st Shift - 5:00 AM -1:30 PM (With overtime as required)
