Qualifications

• Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, push/pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing tasks.
• Operate semi-automated machines and perform related tasks (cutting, sewing, etc.).
• Work as part of a team manufacturing pools and pool components.
