Job Summary

Responsible for the assembly of product of pool covers. May be responsible for Cutting, Cross Seaming, webbing or stitching. Performance in creating a quality product.

Responsibilities

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Manufacturing experience such as heat‑seals welding, kit‑building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing encouraged, but not necessary.
• Punctual and detail‑oriented
• Experience using power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines.
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components like thermoformed steps, structural foam molding of polymer panels, etc.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 2 years’ experience in manufacturing Sewing
• Must have 0-3 years of semi‑automated machines, and the use of hand tools
• 0-3 years in manufacturing or production
• Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8‑12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently.
• Ability to work with one’s hands and be able to use hand tools such as drills and hammers.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8‑10 shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Manufacturing experience preferred
