Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Myerstown, PA is seeking an Associate Technician for 1st shift to support pharmaceutical packaging operations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, good English communication, and willingness to work overtime and multiple shifts.

You will train, set up equipment, operate packaging lines, and help ensure product quality and on-time delivery. You will document work, interact with vendors as needed, and maintain safety procedures in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Willing to work different shifts to support business demands and training needs.
• Able to read/interpret follow instructions in SOPs and manuals.
• Good mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metric).

Responsibilities

• Train and become qualified in required skill areas.
• Comply with safety procedures and cGMP/OSHA requirements.
• Perform equipment setup and changeover activities.
• Establish operating parameters to maximize production while meeting specs.
• Coordinate use of outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Operate packaging line equipment and handle material movements per SOPs.
