Staff Management | SMX in Bethlehem, PA is hiring a Production Technician for a pharmaceutical packaging team. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with two shifts, training provided, and a supportive management team.

You will prepare products, document accurately, keep areas clean, follow GMP and safety rules, operate packaging equipment, and assist with labeling and product prep. No pharma experience required—training, PPE, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• No pharmaceutical experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Package pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Complete required production documentation and records accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready work areas.
• Follow GMP and company procedures.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with labeling, assembly, and product preparation.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas.
• Support quality and compliance initiatives within the facility.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
