Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Hesston, KS is seeking a Paint Line Associate for the 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm). You will join our production team finishing metal parts, loading/unloading, and protecting painted surfaces.

You’ll follow standard work, use hand tools, and operate jib cranes/hoists as needed. The role emphasizes safety and quality with a focus on meeting exact objectives.

Paint Line Associate 1st Shift- 6:30am-3:00pm Pay starting at $18.21/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Paint Line Associate you’ll be part of our production team located in Hesston, KS.

• Metal finishing of materials using powered hand tools prior to delivery to customer. (Up to 100%)
• Load and unload parts by hand or with the use of a jib crane or hoist.
• Set up bars and hooks for hanging parts, keeping proper spacing.
• Unload parts from paint line using care to protect painted surfaces.
• Identify and label parts before stocking. (Up to 100%)
• Off-load, organize, accumulate and deliver parts. (Up to 100%)
• Inspect parts for compliance to quality standards. (Approx. 10%)
• Focus on safety, quality, and achievement of specific/exact objectives
