Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Hesston, KS, is hiring a Robot Welding Part Loader 2nd shift. You will operate a robotic welding line, assemble units, and ensure safety and quality across the build process.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are able to follow standard work, and comply with safety protocols. The role includes a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and growth opportunities within a global leader in tools and industrial solutions.

• Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator)
• Technical ability to elevate issues when identified
• Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead

Pay starting at $18.21 plus $2 shift differential totaling $20.21/hour

What You’ll Do

Work within a station that is part of a robotic welding line for the robot to weld a unit using standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality product and consistent delivery.
