Stanley Black & Decker in Hesston, KS is hiring a Paint Line Associate for 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM). You’ll finish metal surfaces with powered tools, load/unload parts, and prepare hang bars and hooks for the paint line while protecting finishes.

You’ll follow standard work, emphasize safety and quality, and contribute to on-time delivery of components for iconic brands like DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Finish metal parts using powered hand tools.
• Load/unload parts by hand or with jib crane/hoist.
• Set up bars/hooks for hanging parts with proper spacing.
• Carefully unload painted parts to protect finishes.
• Identify and label parts before stocking.
• Off-load, organize, and deliver parts.
• Inspect parts for quality compliance.
• Maintain safety and quality to meet exact objectives.

You’ll get to:* Metal finishing of materials using powered hand tools prior to delivery to customer. (Up to 100%)* Load and unload parts by hand or with the use of a jib crane or hoist. Set up bars and hooks for hanging parts, keeping proper spacing. Unload parts from paint line using care to protect painted surfaces. Identify and label parts before stocking.
