Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Hesston, KS is seeking a Robot Welding Part Loader for the 1st shift (6:30am–2:30pm) to load parts on a robotic welding line and ensure safe operations and consistent quality.

The role requires assembling sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and monitoring robot operation while following standard work and blueprints. A robust benefits package includes medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and tool discounts.

Qualificações

• High School / GED diploma preferred (required to maintain the pre-treatment system only).
• Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator).
• Technical ability to elevate issues when identified and follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.

What You’ll Do

Work within a station that is part of a robotic welding line for the robot to weld a unit using standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality product and consistent delivery.
