Eaton in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Packer for the 1st shift. The role involves kitting and packing orders with high accuracy to speed delivery and ensure customer satisfaction; core hours are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience applying quality tools in a warehouse/distribution center or manufacturing setting.
• Relocation is not provided; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Verify styles and quantities of materials; visually inspect and kit or pack.
• Place packing materials to protect products during shipping.
• Attach packing lists and labels to kits and orders.
• Track inventory at the workstation and manage work orders.
• Operate cranes and lifting equipment safely.
• Ensure finished kits/packages meet quality standards and include necessary paperwork.
• Follow written instructions and company policies; maintain housekeeping.
• Use computer and RF scanner as part of daily tasks.
