What You’ll Do Hungryroot is looking for an Outbound Team Lead to join our growing fulfillment team based in Indianapolis. An Outbound Lead will support the Outbound Supervisor in the overall operation of an outbound shift with emphasis on supporting outbound associates in the pick-to-light, product replenishment, quality assurance and accurate shipping areas.
This person will work closely with outbound associates performing fulfillment activities. They will also work closely with other department Team Leads, and Outbound Supervisor to understand and review performance and expectations. The Outbound Lead will also assist in training new employees.
