Path Robotics is seeking an Operations & Defense Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across manufacturing operations, deployment & fleet operations, field & customer operations, supply chain, and defense programs.
You'll partner with operations leaders to define talent needs, build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, manage interviews and offers, and maintain proactive pipelines for future hiring.

The Operations & Defense Recruiter will support a broad portfolio of roles across Manufacturing Operations, Deployment & Fleet Operations, Field & Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and Defense-related programs. You’ll recruit everyone from the people building and commissioning our systems to the teams deploying them in the field, supporting our customers, managing our fleet, and ensuring we have the materials and infrastructure required to scale.
This is not an order-taking recruiting role. You’ll work directly with operations and business leaders to understand their organizations, anticipate talent needs, challenge assumptions, and build recruiting strategies that deliver the right talent at the right time.
