Infinitum is seeking a Global Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist to coordinate shipment scheduling, inventory movements, and shipping plans. You will collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery from our Muskogee, OK facility.
The initial contract is 6 months with potential extension to 12 months; pay ranges from $25–$30 per hour. Candidates should have 2–5 years in logistics, ERP knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.

The main function of the Global Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist is to coordinate and expedite shipment scheduling and inventory movements. This role is responsible for creating, distributing, and executing the shipping plan, sales order fulfillment, and compiling reports on inventory levels.
You will work daily with transportation providers, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customers.
