Job summary

Entrust Corporation is hiring a 1st Shift On-site Field Service Technician in Little Rock, AR. You will provide on-site maintenance, preventative and emergency service on Entrust equipment with autonomy, testing, diagnosing, and repairing systems.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM. The role requires driving to customer sites daily and strong customer relation skills, with a competitive benefits package including medical coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PCs and standard software.
• Willingness to drive to multiple customer sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Diagnose and repair systems at customer sites.
• Maintain inventory levels using ERP system.
• Respond to service calls and schedule maintenance.
• Interact with customer operations staff and maintain professionalism.
• Participate in development and training initiatives.
