Job summary

Litehouse Foods is seeking a Mixer to support production at our Lowell facility. You will load ingredients, run metering systems, and help ensure accurate production records while following strict allergen protocols.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is expected as part of a 100% employee-owned, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–3 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate or learn batch automation technology.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems.
• Operate batch automation computer systems (training provided).
• Changeover and wash out machinery between batches per allergen protocols.
• Keep workspace and production area clean and organized.
• Use scanners and inventory software to maintain accuracy and FIFO.
