Litehouse Foods is seeking a Mixer in Lowell to operate mix systems, manage metering, and ensure accurate production records. This role supports a 7am-3:30pm schedule with potential overtime and weekend hours. Training on batch automation is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience helpful.
• 0–3 years in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to learn batch automation technology.
• Detail-oriented with documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering to follow recipes.
• Operate batch automation systems (training provided).
• Perform changeovers and washout while following allergen protocols.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Use scanners and inventory software to maintain FIFO.
