Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Team Leader on-site in Columbia, SC to guide and coach a frontline team within a Lean environment. You will supervise, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality across operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration, with TLDP completion and Lean Principles knowledge as key assets. Expect comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on development.

What you will do:

• Leads MDI board meetings and other Lean related activites
• Assigns work schedules and coordinates overtime
• Ensures the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements

• Troubleshoots simple machines, processes, or products, or employee issues
• Leads and trains team leaders, provides feedback and coaching
• Frequently communicates with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders
